What Youll Do

• Lead and coordinate on-site crews of 20+ team members

• Manage commercial construction projects valued at $1M+ Ensure top-tier installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings

• Read and execute plans from blueprints and construction documents

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines

What You Bring

Required:

• 68 years of experience in commercial construction

• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

• Hands-on knowledge of hand and power tools

• Expertise in metal/steel framing, drywall systems, and general construction practices

Preferred:

• Prior experience as a Foreman on commercial projects

• Acoustical ceiling installation expertise

• Precision in layout, measurement, and planning

• Proven leadership and communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
