What Youll Do
Lead and coordinate on-site crews of 20+ team members
Manage commercial construction projects valued at $1M+ Ensure top-tier installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings
Read and execute plans from blueprints and construction documents
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines
What You Bring
Required:
68 years of experience in commercial construction
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
Hands-on knowledge of hand and power tools
Expertise in metal/steel framing, drywall systems, and general construction practices
Preferred:
Prior experience as a Foreman on commercial projects
Acoustical ceiling installation expertise
Precision in layout, measurement, and planning
Proven leadership and communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
