Maintenance Mechanic

Seeking a Maintenance Mechanic skilled in pneumatics, hydraulics, and low voltage applications for maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. Requirements: Pneumatics and Hydraulics background

LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) experience

Comfortable with low voltage applications

Preferred Skills: Troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems

Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment

Install, adjust, and repair production equipment including electrical supply lines and pneumatic controls

Maintain control components like photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches

Inspect equipment for lubrication needs; test performance; conduct preventative maintenance

Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Address work orders as scheduled by supervisor

Diagnose equipment problems; escalate complex issues to supervisor or higher-level mechanics
