Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This position involves assisting with a variety of tasks in a construction-type environment, both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and ready to take on physically demanding work.

Responsibilities:

Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors

Assist with job site tasks as needed

Work in various environments, including inside and outdoor job sites

Operate or assist with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools (training provided if needed)

Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Comply with all safety guidelines and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and common hand tools (not required; training available)

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Willingness to work in a construction-type environment

Dependable and able to follow instructions
