Civil Engineer - Land Development
Location: Cornelia, GA | Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional Flexible Remote Options)
Salary: $85K-$115K DOE, 2 Weeks PTO, $400/month Health Insurance Supplement

What You'll Do:
Manage land development projects from design through permitting
Prepare site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility plans
Work directly with clients, contractors, and agencies
Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm growth
What You'll Need:
4+ years of civil engineering experience (land development preferred)
GA PE license or EIT actively pursuing licensure
Proficiency in Civil3D or Carlson (training provided)
Strong communication and independent work skills
Must be local or willing to relocate
