AGS is looking for a Master Scheduler to work in Florence, AZ. The Master Scheduler performs tasks and duties associated with planning, including producing schedules, materials lists, and production plans. Analyzes project information and puts findings into reports, in order to create more efficient scheduling. Ensures material flow and production activity are aligned. Prepares work orders. Recommends schedule changes resulting from material or labor shortages, design changes, or backlogs when necessary. Monitors and tracks projects, and sets and re-sets schedules according to gathered data. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scheduling status reports used at Program Management meetings in accordance with company policies and local CBA.
  • Develop and/or maintain schedule artifacts and other program documentation related to deliverables to the customer and to prime contractor leadership.
  • Ensure project schedules are compliant with contract requirements and Prime contractor scheduling standards.
  • Interact daily with technical leads, Prime contractor leadership, and client personnel by updating schedules and providing schedule status data.
  • Support the team’s continuous Schedule Change Control improvement efforts.
  • Assist in payroll and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Critical thinking and good judgement when adjusting schedules.

Qualifications

  • US Citizen.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an ICE Clearance.
  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum three (3) (2) years minimum of project scheduling experience or equivalent in administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling for projects.
