Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. This role is crucial in helping us maintain our position as an innovative authority in the HVAC and Plumbing industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for preparing and presenting regular updates on budget, schedule, scope, and procurement tracking to both field and management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive work plans for projects.
  • Prepare and present updates on budget, schedule, scope, and procurement tracking.
  • Coordinate with field and management teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Lead large commercial projects with a plumbing scope of 4-10 million dollars.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Procore and Bluebeam for effective project execution.
Essential Skills
  • At least 4 years of plumbing project management experience.
  • Proficient in project management, plumbing, construction, and construction management.
  • Experience with change orders and project coordination.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software.
  • Experience in HVAC.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Osha 30 certification.
  • Tennessee Plumbing License.
Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brentwood, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $60.10/hr.
