STV is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our PM/CM team in the New York Metro market.
In this role, youll work on impactful capital projects that shape the citypartnering closely with a Project Manager to ensure every detail is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.
What Youll Do
Partner with the Project Manager to drive projects from planning through completion.
Lead or support proposals, marketing efforts, and client presentations that win new work.
Oversee day-to-day project operations: scope, schedule, budget, quality, procurement, manpower, and risk management.
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Host regular progress meetings to keep teams aligned and clients informed.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, architecture, facilities management, or related field.
8+ years of relevant technical experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience), with at least 4 years managing all phases of construction on multiple contracts.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver exceptional results.
Strong communication and presentation skillsyoure comfortable in front of a client or a crowd.
New York City agency experience is a plus.

Compensation Range:
