MISSION Leads the infrastructure project for the area assigned and the relevant internal and external stakeholder involved, in terms of building/plants/facilities, achieving expected results on time, in full, at cost, according to applicable standards, regulatory requirements and all the other guidelines and company procedures in order ensure the service level required and the efficiency and effectiveness of buildings and facilities for pharma and plastic division plants assigned. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / DECISIONS AREA GENERAL PLANT INFRASTRUCTURE STRATEGY EXECUTION Plans, executes, and monitors the infrastructure project in terms of new building, general plant, facilities according to the company strategy and the approved Industrial plan, in order to ensure the roll-out of all the projects for the area assigned in line with the quality and level of services requested. GENERAL PLANT INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT Drives the new building/plants/facilities projects, including the cleanroom construction / revamping, ensures the project outcomes are accurate and consistent according with the technical and legal specifications, requirements, economics, timing, targets and standards with a minimal disruption to normal business actives. Evaluates and revises, the current state of the infrastructures, identifying areas for improvement and propose long term plans, according to the leader above, in order to progressively and sustainably adapt the infrastructure level to all the applicable standards, regulatory requirements, guidelines and company procedures. Delivers technological standardization within the relevant plants of pharma and plastic business, promoting and executing projects in order to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of buildings and facilities within scope. Ensures the accurate formalization and finalization of required documents, tools and protocols, guarantees robust implementation and execution, according with applicable technical/legal, standards requirements and procedures. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Guarantees and manages the entire life cycle of the projects managed in accordance with the PMO methodology, paying attention to the scope and objectives of the project, formalizing business case, budget and project timelines. Delivers the project assigned, monitors the project scheduling and cost progression, supervises the project involved team (HQ and local) and the other external stakeholder, leading the different phases such as feasibility, cost and budget estimation, design, tender, installation, test, commissioning validation and handover. Plans and assigns activities and resources for the project, monitors the project progression, manages and solves the critical issues implementing promptly the preventive and corrective actions approved ensuring the achievement. REPORTING AND MONITORING Monitors promptly performances and KPI's for the relevant area, identifies improvement and critical areas, sets up contingency plans and provides the leader above with reports and inputs in order to foster sustainable growth, managing risk appropriately. BUDGET MANAGEMENT Monitors properly the budget of the assigned projects, highlighting to the manager above eventual critical issues or specific requirements. SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT Provides the responsible above and supply chain team with technical support and technical documents during the procurement processes as well as the contract definition and execution phases, overseeing suppliers/manufacturers technical analysis. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT Plans, organize, manages, coaches and develops assigned staff, ensuring the effective talent management, career path development and training, drive commitment and engagement. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Interacts and communicates regularly and effectively with the team and functions involved aimed at fostering the knowledge sharing approach and circulation of information across the organization. Collaborates effectively with all the functions that support process robustness and ability to provide feedback, evaluates the services received from external suppliers and technical providers, highlighting improvement areas.
