Electrical Engineer Our client is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and evaluate systems, processes, and specifications that support operational objectives. Electrical Engineer Responsibilities Design, develop, and evaluate electrical systems, processes, plans, and specifications to meet project and company goals. Prepare engineering studies, calculations, design documents, and performance assessments. Analyze and recommend solutions to technical challenges, using effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Guide and provide direction to associate engineers, technicians, and CAD designers. Coordinate with internal teams and manage external engineering services to ensure project milestones are met. Apply knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices to all engineering work. Support multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. Electrical Engineer Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution. Minimum of two years of professional electrical engineering experience. Working knowledge of power distribution, controls, and related electrical systems. Preferred experience with 480 V power distribution and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DeviceNet, ControlNet, or Ethernet. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and the National Electrical Code.
