Location: Bellingham

Salary: 62,400 plus commission plan after 6 months.

Are you a detail-driven construction professional with a passion for precision and client success? Were looking for a Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in both estimating and business development.

What You will Do:
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates based on blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
Engage with prospective clients, follow up on leads, and present detailed proposals.
Conduct daily sales calls to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
Advise clients on material and service selections tailored to their project goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project expectations.
Stay current on industry trends, materials, and best practices.
Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.

What We are Looking For:
Proven experience in construction estimating and sales.
Strong technical understanding of construction materials and processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
