Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Engineer position include: 5+ years of engineering or project management experience in a food processing or related manufacturing environment Strong technical aptitude with the ability to manage mechanical systems including HVAC, electrical, and conveyor systems Proven experience managing large-scale capital projects, including contractor oversight and equipment installation Ability to interpret and read engineering plans and collaborate cross-functionally with plant leadership Willingness to travel between facilities, with primary work based in New Hampton, IA Strong communication skills with a team-focused mindset Experience in egg processing or similar liquid/dry food operations is highly desirable Comfortable with hands-on, involved project execution from planning through implementation Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
