Konik is partnered with a growingmercial constructionpany that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, estimate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation topletion.

Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, ensuringpliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, clients, and senior management.

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience managingmercial or residential construction projects from start to finish.

Strong leadership,anizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
