Skilled Residential Painter

We are looking for an experienced residential painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
Properly clean, sand, caulk, and repair surfaces before painting
Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow safety procedures and handle materials responsibly
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented finishes

Requirements:
2+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
Proficiency in cutting-in, rolling, and spraying techniques
Ability to perform surface prep work, including patching and sanding
Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application methods
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to move and work on ladders and in various weather conditions (for exteriors)
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Must have own basic hand tools (brushes, rollers, scrapers, etc.); we provide larger equipment
