Construction Manager 4

This role is for an on-site Senior Construction Manager responsible for managing multiple projects for Operations Construction at the Des Moines campus. The Construction Manager will oversee project success by refining plans, coordinating activities, managing costs and schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong experience in Data Center Retrofit work
• 10 + Years experience in Data Center construction
• 8- 10 years in Complex problem solving / Project management
• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification or similar applicable certifications.
• 10 years of experience in construction management.

• Manage and coordinate personnel and resources for projects.
• Assist with preconstruction efforts and oversee project aspects from inception through closeout.
• Review trade contracts, bid packages, and oversee the procurement process.
• Oversee project performance, including status, procurement, equipment delivery, schedule, cost control, and safety.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, designers, consultants, and the contractor team.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with internal teams and contractors for compliance and acceptance.
• Perform regular project walks for progress updates, schedule verification, and quality review.
