Hiring Tube Mill Operators in Lawrenceburg,TN Job Description The tube mill operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining tube mill equipment to produce steel tubing according to specified dimensions and quality standards. They work with various tools and machinery to load materials, weld joints, monitor production, and perform quality checks. Responsibilities Set up and operate tube mill machines. Troubleshooting, adjust, and operate machines to produce mechanical parts according to customer drawings and specifications. Study work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and materials specifications to plan machining processes. Using precision measuring tools to check dimensions. Evaluate machine, cutting tool, and software technologies to improve knowledge and cycle times. Essential Skills Minimum 2-5 years of experience with Tube Mill setup and operation. Proficiency in operating tube mill machinery. Experience with precision measuring tools and fixtures. Why Work Here?
