Land Surveyor

Join a dynamic team in a scenic harbor-side office in Mystic, CT, where your skills as a Land Surveyor will directly contribute to exciting development projects. Were looking for a detail-oriented professional to perform topographical surveys, define property boundaries, and support construction layout efforts. Youll work closely with engineers and project managers, using cutting-edge tools like AutoCAD and Civil 3D to bring plans to life.

• Perform topographical and boundary surveys with precision and accuracy
• Conduct as-built and construction layout surveys
• Manage survey data uploads/downloads in AutoCAD
• Research land records to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to support project goals
• Draft detailed plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D

• Minimum 1 year of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Experience drafting topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
