Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks and projects. Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately. Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed under supervision. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes. Experience Previous experience in a labor or helper role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
