Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Field Laborer to support drilling operations and site preparation in outdoor winter environments. This role involves physically demanding tasks and requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong work ethic to adapt to changing site needs. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including lifting drill steel, shoveling cuttings, marking patterns, and managing air/hydraulic lines. Handle and mix grout using 94lb bags of Portland cement for drilling operations. Assist in anchor construction, installation, and grouting. Maintain site cleanliness and pick up debris. Lay erosion control fabric and place reinforcing steel mesh on excavation faces. Conduct minor equipment maintenance such as inspections, greasing, fluid checks, and cleaning. Follow foreman's directions and adapt to dynamic site conditions. Work Conditions: 6 days/week, 10-hour shifts (hours may extend based on project needs). All work performed outdoors in winter weather. Fast-paced environment with shifting duties throughout the day. Work Location: Heber City, UT Wage: 30-35/hr +OT Estimated start date: Between November 3rd and November 10th Qualifications and Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 94lbs). Willingness to work in harsh winter weather conditions. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Prior experience in construction or drilling support is a plus. Having held a position in the industry in the past 24 months is a plus.
