This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in the field who is dependable, motivated, and looking to grow in the construction industry. Position Overview: We're hiring Construction Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate is capable, driven, and eager to learn. This position provides hands-on support across multiple projects, especially in demolition and general job site work. Laborer Duties and Responsibilities: Your main responsibility is to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site while supporting skilled tradespeople and supervisors. Tasks include: Cleaning and preparing construction sites Loading and unloading materials and equipment Building and dismantling temporary structures Assisting in demolition work Following directions from supervisors Supporting skilled trades with day-to-day tasks Transporting tools and materials Towing trailers when needed Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior construction or demo experience preferred Ability to tow a trailer is a strong plus Familiar with hand tools and basic power tools Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-player mentality Pay & Benefits: $20-$27 per hour , depending on experience Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, professional team environment Exposure to a wide range of construction projects and trades Learn more about us: www.veronbuildersllc.com Interested?
