As a lead installer you will be responsible for overseeing and executing residential and light commercial HVAC system installation from start to finish. You'll lead your team and ensure projects are completed on time and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience

EPA Certification

Valid Drivers License and clean driving record

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions(indoor/outdoors, attics, crawlspaces)

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technology related to HVAC Installations
