Prairie Sons, Inc. is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to step into a Foreman Plumber role. This position is based in Brandon, SD, just minutes from Sioux Falls, making it an easy commute for candidates in the Sioux Falls area. You'll lead a skilled plumbing team, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure quality work every time. This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent pay and benefits.

Pay: $58,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience

Work Schedule:

Typically Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime may be available on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

Supervise plumbers and apprentices on commercial and residential projects

Read and interpret blueprints to plan plumbing solutions

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems

Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on track

Mentor and train team members

Requirements:

Journeyman Plumber license (required)

Experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role preferred

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations

Solid leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
