Handyman / Construction Finisher Needed New Construction Home

We are looking for a dependable and skilled handyman with strong experience in new residential construction finishing work.

This is for a new home in Point Pleasant that needs final touches no framing or major structural work required.

Job Tasks May Include:

Insulation installation
Sheetrock (hanging, taping, finishing)
Painting / touch-up
Flooring installation
General handyman tasks as needed for new construction finishing

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years experience in construction / handyman work
Knowledge across multiple trades (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.)
Reliable transportation required
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
