Project Architect

Job Summary:

Our client is local to Salt Lake City and directly contributing to projects throughout the region. They are a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Civic/Municipal, Hospitality, and Religious sectors. Project Architect Requirements:

• 5-12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in commercial project @types prefered but not required.
• A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university preffered.
• Strong client communication, design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
• Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Lead projects through all phases of design by working colaboratively with cross-discipline team members.
• Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engage with owners.
• Ensure quality of work through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Play a crucial role in promoting socially and environmentally responsible design practices.
• Organize project and document production in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Build Relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the region and locally in Utah.
