They are a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Civic/Municipal, Hospitality, and Religious sectors. Project Architect Requirements:
- 5-12+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience in commercial project @types prefered but not required.
- A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university preffered.
- Strong client communication, design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
- Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
Project Architect Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through all phases of design by working colaboratively with cross-discipline team members.
- Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engage with owners.
- Ensure quality of work through schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Play a crucial role in promoting socially and environmentally responsible design practices.
- Organize project and document production in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Build Relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the region and locally in Utah.
