Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the residential plumbing and HVAC departments, ensuring top-tier service and job quality.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of plumbers and HVAC technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and behaviors to achieve business objectives.
Set and track departmental goals, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth.
Lead departmental revenue goals by providing accurate quotes for residential projects.
Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and identify areas for operational improvements.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L (Profit and Loss) management to ensure the departments financial success.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for long-term growth and success

A minimum of 5 years of management experience in residential plumbing and HVAC service
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
Contractors License (preferred but not required).
Strong hands-on experience in residential plumbing.
Solid understanding of budgeting and P&L management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and address challenges efficiently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
