General Laborer Needed for Residential Remodeling

This full-time position is meant for someone who is anxious to learn, looking to make a career in the construction industry, and is motivated to advance their career from a construction laborer to a lead carpenter. With hard work and initiative, it is possible to be working in a lead carpenter role with lead carpentry wages within 2-3 years. SPECIFIC DUTIES
Construction/Carpentry Labor: You are responsible for:
1. Assisting with and completing work including:
a. Demolition
b. Framing & Drywall Installation
c. Cabinetry & Countertop Installation
d. Tile & Masonry Installation
e. Flooring Installation
f. Window & Door Installation
g. Interior & Exterior Trim / Finish Carpentry Installation
h. Interior & Exterior Painting Installation
i. Siding & Roofing Installation

Running Errands - You are responsible for:
1. Picking up and delivering supplies as directed
2. Submitting all receipts to office by noon every Friday

Hauling Trailers (if applicable) - You are responsible for:
1. Hauling tool trailers and dump trailers, as needed
2. Maintaining a valid drivers license and safe driving record

COMPENSATION:
$17-$25 depending on experience and performance
Mileage Reimbursement
Paid Time Off after 1 year

TO APPLY

2. Own a truck with towing capacity (not required)
