Williams Door is actively seeking experienced Garage Door Technicians to join our 54 YR old winning team doing residential or commercial service and or installations in and around East Tennessee.

DUTIES:
Installing and repairing garage doors and openers in residential and commercial houses or businesses.
Troubleshoot and correct issues involving springs, cables, tracks, and electronics
Perform maintenance, upgrades, and adjustments for safety and performance
Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Maintain a professional job site and company vehicle
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of hands-on experience installing and servicing garage doors
Mechanically inclined and confident using power tools
Strong attention to detail with a pride-in-work mindset
VALID TN DRIVERS LICENSE WITH A 3YR CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
The ability to lift 75+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various conditions
Punctual, courteous, and driven to exceed expectations
COMPENSATION:
Competitive hourly pay, based on experience - Piece Rate Pay is also available
