Welder Overview We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our first-shift team. This role focuses on custom TIG welding of fabricated steel and aluminum structures, with additional responsibilities in MIG welding, fit-up, and pulse techniques . If you have experience working from complex blueprints and enjoy precision fabrication, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on custom steel and aluminum structures Read and interpret complex blueprints to fabricate components accurately Apply Pedal TIG welding techniques for precision work Execute fit-up welding and Pulse MIG welding as needed Work with a range of materials including aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of TIG welding experience Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience At least 1 year of blueprint reading and fabrication experience Proven ability to weld aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel Experience with sheet metal and steel fabrication preferred Why Join Us? Projects involve metal thicknesses from 3/32" to 1/2", using materials such as low carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our facility offers full-service metal manufacturing, including prototyping, precision fabrication, and assembly. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
