Electrician (GM)

Our client, a leading player in the industrial sector, is seeking an Electrician (GM) to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Brookville, OH

Shift: 3rd shift. 10pm-6:30am
Rotation Pattern:
First 4 weeks: Monday through Friday
Next 4 weeks: Wednesday through Sunday

What's the Job?

• Oversee the daily operation of campus electrical power and lighting systems.
• Install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical power and lighting distribution systems.
• Assist with maintenance and performance of preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Monitor operation and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring proper functionality.
• Respond to operational and emergency situations, ensuring a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and monitoring industrial machine and electrical equipment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office and work order systems.
• Ability to operate electric hand tools and work in confined spaces.
• Experience with BMS and CMMS systems.
• Prior safety training such as NFPA-70E and OSHA-10 is preferred.
