Shop Assembly General Laborer

Our client, a leading stud rail producer, is seeking a Shop Assembly General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production team supporting daily project functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good team attitude, and a high level of organization which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shop Assembly General Laborer

Location: Feasterville-Trevose, PA

Pay Range: $20.00

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assist in the daily functions of project production and provide accurate documentation to the production team.
• Learn and execute stud shooting mechanics to meet production minimums.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate a good team attitude and maintain excellent attendance.
• Support other tasks as needed to meet the demands of the production team.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some work experience in a similar position, preferably in construction or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Clear and concise communication skills with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45-100 lbs.
