Job Title: HVAC Mechanical Estimator

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Estimator to support commercial and public-sector projects.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects (plan/spec and design-build)

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes to determine materials, labor, and timelines

• Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotes

• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support winning proposals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC estimating

• Pipefitting and refrigeration experience required

• Experience with commercial, municipal, and government bids

• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
