RF/MW Design Engineer

Job Title: Mechanical/Electrical Design Engineer (RF Connectors & Cable Assemblies)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to design and develop RF coaxial connectors, cable assemblies, related components, and integrated packages. This role involves CAD modeling, engineering analysis, and technical support for both new and existing product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RF coaxial connectors, cable assemblies, and components.

• Utilize 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar) to create drawings and assemblies.

• Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and manufacturing.

• Prepare manufacturing process documentation and bills of materials.

• Process Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Release Orders (ERO).

• Perform detailed engineering analyses, including tolerance studies and stress analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSME or BSEE).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in RF connector or cable assembly design.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

• Knowledge of RF & Microwave theory and coaxial structures preferred.

• Experience with Vector Network Analyzers and Electromagnetic Simulation Software (HFSS) is a plus.

Location: On-site preferred, with remote flexibility.
