Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate and lead projects from the Schematic Design Phase through Construction Administration. This role involves preparing construction documents and engaging in value engineering processes to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee project documents, ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Develop, delegate, and manage project schedules, budgets, deadlines, and milestone deliverables.
- Monitor project scopes and communicate changes or delays effectively.
- Review permits and approvals to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Address on-site construction issues related to code compliance.
- Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate and lead meetings, and conduct site visits.
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, understanding their needs and expectations.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, including multi-family, assisted living, and single-family projects.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree is a bonus.
- Professional licensure is a bonus.
- Experience with MSHDA is a plus.
- 10+ years of architectural documentation experience is advantageous.
Work Environment
This position requires in-person attendance at the office from Monday to Friday
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $93600.00/yr.
Compensation & Benefits:
Performance-based bonuses awarded twice annually.
