Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a project in Charleston, SC. We are specifically looking for a foreman-level candidate who can lay out a crew, manage tasks on-site, and still be hands-on with installation work.

Work Scope Includes:

• Laying out and directing a crew on HVAC tasks

• Installing and hanging ductwork

• Setting and connecting HVAC units

• Assisting with system assembly and installation

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications

• Following all site safety procedures

Requirements:

• Proven HVAC mechanic experience (foreman/lead experience strongly preferred)

• Ability to lay out work and give direction to a crew

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Basic hand tools required

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as a team leader

• Drug test required prior to start
