Journeyman Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. We are looking for a Journeyman with experience in commercial electrical work and multi-family, and is willing to run projects. This role will require the ability to read electrical plans, as well as proficiency in using all electrical trade tools. The Journeyman electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Running project or project lead
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
• Read blueprints, schematics, and determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
• Provide training and leadership to apprentices or less experienced electricians as needed.

• Proven experience as an electrician or commercial electrician.
• Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail.
• Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Journeyman or Masters license required for the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour and up

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
