Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our commercial plumbing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings. You will work on various projects, including new construction, remodels, and ongoing maintenance of plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems in commercial properties.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts.
  • Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, other trades, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Test plumbing systems for leaks, efficiency, and proper functionality.
  • Prepare estimates and recommend appropriate materials for projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism on job sites.
  • Keep detailed records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Valid Journeyman Plumber license in Utah.
  • Proven experience as a journeyman plumber, preferably in commercial plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and materials.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
