Job Summary: Minimum Job Requirements: Construction skills. Good attendance and positive attitude. Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license prior to employment.
Desired Education/Skills: Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction. Some knowledge of applicable safety precautions. Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure. Team oriented.
Job Duties: Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor.
Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
Strip and clean concrete forms.
Regularly works near moving mechanical parts
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects.
Pour, shovel, vibrate, and finish concrete.
Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
Build forms and molds for precast concrete.
Perform other duties as requested by direct supervisor.
