Concrete Foreman Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and supervise small commercial construction crews. This role requires 7-10 years of experience in concrete, drywall, or demolition. You will be responsible for ensuring that daily activities align with project schedules, milestones, and cost/productivity expectations while maintaining clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients. Essential Skills 7-10 years of experience in concrete, drywall, or demolition. Proficiency in construction techniques, including blueprint reading, carpentry, and the use of hand tools. Expertise in concrete finishing, formwork, slab preparation, and concrete pours. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in drywall hanging and finishing. Knowledge of demolition practices. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62000.00/yr. - Provides medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance and short-term disability benefits.
