* 15+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions as a Architect or Consultant
* Extensive experience across the ServiceNow platform managing integrating third-party technologies, esp coordinating large scale integration of multiple SNOW instances.
* Strong hands-on experience in implementation solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and other modules.
* Degree or equivalent experience. Typically has 15+ years of professional / technical experience
* Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform data model, especially as related to shared tables (CMDB, ITSM etc.)
* Relevant professional certification (e.g., ITIL credentials, ServiceNow certifications), strongly preferred

* Highly experienced and certified ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and integration of customer ServiceNow solutions
* Collaborate with customer and other stakeholders to create robust, scalable solutions that meet both current and long-term needs.
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations with third-party technologies
* Strong leadership in technical consultations, and champion innovation and quality across all projects
* Should provide expertise and consultation relating to the platform roadmap for features and capabilities to maximize platform value and build a sustainable platform."
