Job Description :
- Providing on-site technical services including installation, inspection and maintenance of company specific equipment
- Troubleshoot systems of machinery during assembly at customer site
- Ability to read drawings and other documentation necessary for proper installation, maintenance and leveling/alignment of equipment
- Hands on experience with mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
- Proficient knowledge and use of hand tools
- Manage subcontractors performing equipment install and maintenance
- Promote active onsite services and parts opportunities
- Provide support in training customers to maintain and adjust equipment
- Maintain communication and documentation of services provided and submit reports covering the status of the project
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Ability to represent the Company in front of customers
- Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts, and to lift and move 60 pounds
Requirements:
- High school diploma, technical degree desired
- Flexible for travel with overnight stays
- Willing and able to travel 50% + of the time
- Versatile mechanical and/or electrical background a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial equipment assembly or installation such as conveyor systems and material handling equipment
- Valid driver’s license
