Responsible for electrical design and drafting using CREO, with focus on parts, assemblies, schematics, and wiring harness modeling.
Requirements:
Associate degree (2-year) in related field
710+ years of experience in electrical design/drafting
Proficiency with CREO Parametric (version 3, 4 or newer)
Experience with 3D CAD modeling for wiring harnesses, assemblies, and sheet metal parts
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, markups, and hand sketches
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Creo Schematics and Windchill PLM
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Experience creating and modifying schematics in Creo Schematics
Ability to create component drawings from supplier STEP files and integrate into assembly-level models
Experience with bill of material (BOM) creation and maintenance
Related experience with HVAC or refrigeration systems/components
Responsibilities:
Design and draft electrical components, schematics, and assemblies using CREO
Model 3D wiring harnesses through products connecting components, sensors, schematics, and circuit boards
Create assemblies, sheet metal parts, and detailed component drawings
Modify and manage schematics, CAD models, and associated documentation
Ensure compliance with drafting standards and quality practices
Maintain accurate BOMs and support product development processes
Pay Details: $32.00 to $37.00 per hour
