Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a maintenance team across two multifamily communities (800+ units). This role requires a strong leader who can organize and structure the operations, oversee the turn process, and ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of 4 Maintenance Techs and 1 Groundskeeper
• Organize and delegate work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs
• Oversee the turn process to ensure units are ready on time and within budget
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and code requirements
• Provide hands-on maintenance support as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
