Solar Equipment Operator

Solar Equipment Operator Job Description We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience operating a skid steer, preferably in solar projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in safely operating various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, and telehandlers. Effective communication with crew members and site supervisors, as well as adherence to all safety protocols and regulations, is essential. Responsibilities Operate skid steer and other heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, and telehandlers safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with crew members and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery. Essential Skills 3+ years of experience operating a skid steer, preferably on solar projects. Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as loaders, dozers, forklifts, and excavators. Ability to work in solar construction and general labor environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with solar panel installation is advantageous but not required. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
