We're looking for a machine operator to join our chop line team, where precision meets performance in the world of carbon fiber manufacturing. What You'll Be Doing: Operate and monitor the chop line to cut long strands of carbon fiber into precise lengths. Manage a rack of 76 spools, ensuring smooth transitions between active and backup spools. Use an HMI screen to specify cut types and monitor line performance. Remove buildup from eyelets and maintain a clean, efficient operation. Collect finished product, tie closed bags, and prepare for shipment. Learn to build backup chopper heads and support advanced line operations. What You Bring: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience . Skilled in machine operation, fabrication, and packaging. Comfortable using hand tools and performing general labor. Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus. Basic math skills are helpful for measurements and adjustments.
