The Food & Beverage Facility Construction Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects within the food and beverage manufacturing sector. This role oversees all aspects of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with strict quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proven portfolio of successful food and beverage facility projects, demonstrating expertise in coordinating complex process, utility, and structural systems unique to this industry. Travel up to 30% across the U.S. is required.

responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day construction management of food and beverage manufacturing facility projects , including greenfield and brownfield builds.
- Oversee safety and compliance with OSHA standards, food safety regulations (FDA/USDA), and company policies.
- Direct subcontractors, vendors, and site staff to achieve project objectives.
- Manage construction schedules, manpower, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, process design, and operations teams to integrate specialized food and beverage systems (process piping, refrigeration, clean rooms, packaging lines, utilities, etc.).
- Track project costs, productivity, and schedule performance; report regularly to project leadership.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports.
- Interface with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Oversee project closeout, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring readiness for production operations.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to site supervision staff and junior team members.
