Position Overview:
The project coordinator will support the project manager by handling various administrative and logistical tasks to ensure a project's successful, on-time, and on-budget completion. Key duties include managing schedules and deadlines, coordinating team communication, monitoring progress and budgets, and creating status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Responsibilities:
Project logistics and supply
Project Coordination and resource scheduling
Data management
Project costs/budget track and forecast
Proposals, estimates, schedules, deliverables
Audit of project and expense documentation
Field crew support
Frequent communications with clients
Work Experience:
Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good computer skills - primarily MS Office and SharePoint
Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Good math aptitude
Good understanding of SAFE work practices in a construction environment
Desire to learn and continuously improve in a team environment
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Primary responsibilities for this position will be completed in an office / warehouse environment with approximately 20% travel to various job sites
Frequently changing priorities requiring flexibility, multitasking, and the ability to perform under pressure
Education:
Required:Experience in similar project coordination/management
Preferred:
- Degree in Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy . For this role, we anticipate paying $21.00 - $29.00 per hour.
