V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Infrastructure Engineer for our premier client in Tulsa, Oklahoma .

Education and Experience

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Expertise in server operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Network administration skills (routing, switching, firewalls, Cisco, Meraki).
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware).
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Weekend work as needed.

Desirable skills:

• Cloud computing proficiency (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
• Industrial/Manufacturing environment support.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing infrastructure solutions in complex environments.
• System administration: Installing, configuring, and managing servers, operating systems, and network devices.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to system performance, network connectivity, and application availability.
• Capacity planning: Assessing future infrastructure needs and proactively scaling systems to accommodate growth.
• Security management: Implementing security protocols and best practices to protect data and systems from unauthorized access.
• Collaboration with other teams: Working closely with development teams, security teams, and application support to ensure smooth integration and operation.
