Skilled Construction Laborer

Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $21 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Assist with unloading and moving heavy equipment using dollies or lifts
• Drill anchor holes and install mounting hardware
• Run basic wiring or conduit under direction of lead installer or technician
• Perform site cleanup before and after installation
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete
• Use jackhammers or saws to break concrete when needed
• Smooth and finish surfaces with trowels
• Hold or secure materials in place during cutting, drilling, or fastening
• Use hand tools like hammers, saws, drills, and screwdrivers

Qualifications:

• 3+yrs. experience in commercial construction preferably in carpentry or concrete construction
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work on feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
