RevoluSun has installed more than 8,000 solar systems over the past ten years, and we are looking for experienced Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Panel Installers to join our team.

Responsibilities
The PV Solar Panel Installer is responsible for installing residential PV systems. Were looking for someone passionate about the solar industry, a team player who aligns with our values, and who can learn and follow our processes.

Your typical day as a Residential Solar Installer:

• Prepare homes for panel installation by installing roof railings and standoffs.
• Mount solar panels on homes.
• Properly flash all roof penetrations.
• Perform supervised light electrical work, including running DC wires to inverters.
• Clean and maintain equipment.

Who Were Looking For

• Able to climb ladders to access roofs.
• Able to work on roofs for 46 hours a day.
• Ability to bend conduit is a plus.

Experience

• 1+ year working on a roof.
• 1+ year in the construction industry.
• Electrical experience is a plus.
• PV experience is a plus.

Other Requirements

• Valid HI Driver's License.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report (no DUIs in the last 7 years).
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
