Responsibilities

• Manage and review boundary, topographic, subdivision, and construction surveys.
• Provide technical oversight, QA/QC, and certification as the licensed PLS of record.
• Mentor field crews and CAD technicians while ensuring projects meet accuracy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in land surveying.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, and total stations.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
