About the Role:

A Copilot Architect at KiZAN wears many hats and the Copilot conversations evolve with customers; while we don't expect expertise in all areas, we do expect the ability to at a minimum to connect customers with more advanced resources as necessary. This role will be primarily focused on the delivery of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio Agent scenarios to our customers, and working alongside teammates focused on adoption change management, Copilot utilization and value reporting, and low-code and full-code AI solutions.

While we don't expect an architect to be advanced at all Copilot workloads, we will expect for you to be able to capture customer requirements and collaboratively design solutions alongside KiZAN's diverse teams of deep technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Copilot Readiness: assist customers in designing Copilot technical readiness initiatives, working with our Security, Compliance and Endpoint teams to ensure that customers' devices and data are prepared for Copilot driven solutions.
• Copilot Agent Readiness: assist with reviewing customers' Power Platform governance models and technical requirements and developing a low code agent execution framework.
• Copilot Use Case and Value Planning: work with customers to envision AI use cases, select the appropriate implementation technologies, and develop a value measurement for each scenario to justify implementation, licensing and support costs.
• Requirements Management: Proven ability to analyze and understand business processes, and to design, deliver, and enhance Copilot training solutions aligned with stated business needs.
• Training & Documentation: Provide technical guidance, create documentation, and support knowledge transfer for citizen developers and end-users.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft collaboration and governance planning and design such as SharePoint and Teams
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse)
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, ALM, security, and administration best practices
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions exercising iterative methods and adaptability
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and mentor junior developers
• Ability to travel, overnight up to 20%
• Ability to travel on behalf of KiZAN with reliable transportation
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for Power Platform (CI/CD, source control, and pipelines).
